 Process/Support Groups With Phoenix
IMG_1579.jpg

I am a relational therapist and strive to create a group dynamic that fosters direct and supportive communication, as well as learning through vulnerability and validation of others. My groups are structured to invite members to share the complex and beautiful parts of themselves, to explore their emotions and life experiences, and to be open to learning about themselves and others. I strive to create a space where we can be celebrated and uplifted, grieve and experience difficult emotions, and learn through the diversity and similarities of our human experiences. Group members will be encouraged to participate, share parts of themselves, and grow and learn through self reflection and feedback. â€‹

I am a white trans woman. I am disabled, neurodivergent, a dork, a parent, and queer. I have many years of experience in individual therapy and group facilitation. Read More Here

I look forward to hearing from you!                    â€‹â€‹
